Lead partners in the Five Counties SCITT recruit their own group of trainees who follow the SCITT curriculum and training programme, sometimes in their own centre and sometimes with the whole trainee cohort. Directors from our lead partner organisations are involved in the SCITT Board and contribute to designing and developing the curriculum and all elements of the programme. They arrange their own placement schools, intensive training and practice weeks, with their own professional tutors and lead mentors.
