I have worked in secondary education for 30 years, firstly as an English teacher and over time progressing to Head of Department. I gained Advanced Skills status in 2010 and have been involved in school improvement for nearly 15 years. More recently I have joined the SCITT team as a programme tutor and I also support ECTs across the Trust.
