After leaving a short-lived career in banking, I embarked on my PGCE in 2001 and have since been teaching MFL in South Gloucestershire schools. I became involved in subject leadership, training and development and SLE work before undertaking roles supporting NQTs and ITTs. In 2021, I started to work in partnership with the SCITT which led to a secondment as a Secondary Tutor last year whilst still teaching. I joined Five Counties SCITT in September 2024 as a permanent member of the team.
